It’s your big day and planning can be… well, stressful. I want to help you with that. The question I get asked the most at consultations is, “How much photography coverage do you think I’ll need?”
I completely understand how you would be confused on how much time pictures can take. I have photographed over 200 weddings so this comes very natural to me. Knowing exactly how much time you will need so that nothing is missed. No one wants to feel rushed on their wedding day. We want to make sure you all have the best experience ever all while getting the most stellar images captured.
When I sit down with a couple to discuss their wedding day, all I need to know is when their ceremony time is set for. From there I can figure out the rest.
Here are the basic questions I ask to get a time line set….
1.) What time is your ceremony set for?
2.) Have you both discussed wether or not you would like to do a first look?
3.) Would you like to get all formals done before your ceremony? Or are you planning on waiting to see each other down the isle?
4.) Will you be doing a grand exit after your ceremony?
5.) What time will your reception start for your guests?
6.) Would you like to go to another location with wedding party for more pictures before your reception?
7.) What time would you like to make your grand entrance into your reception?
8.) Will you be getting started on cake cutting, first dance, dinner after entrance?
9.) Would you like sunset pictures?
10.) How much reception coverage would you like?
I hope you watch the video and please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. I love helping brides figure out a way to make this experience less stress and more fun.
Happy Wedding Planning!
Warmly,
Amber Sublett
