This feature is long over due. I’ve been anticipating sharing this gorgeous fall wedding with you all, as this wedding was full of autumn goodness. Sarah had a vision for how she wanted the photographs to look, and I was so happy to make her vision come to life.
Sarah and Conner got married at St. Catherine of Siena in west Wichita on October 27th, 2018. We had the most gorgeous fall day, when the weather had been super cold and rainy the week before. The wedding started out at the church were the bridal party got ready. Sarah and Conner decided on not seeing each other before the ceremony, but wanted to hold hands and say hi to ease some nerves.
After the ceremony. we headed to College Hill Park, just across the street from their reception venue. The leaves on the trees were bright orange and yellow, perfect for this fall wedding. I placed the couple and bridal party in front of these trees where the light was gorgeous and gleaming through the branches. There was so much laughter the whole way through portraits, my jaws hurt from smiling so much.
Since we were in College Hill for the reception, I took Sarah and Conner around Clifton Square for a few more romantic portraits as the sun was setting. Then the couple returned to their reception where the party was hopping.
