This wedding was one for the books and I’m finally getting it featured! Tuan and I shot this wedding back in June of 2018. It was an amazing, hot summer day, with clouds in the sky and a gorgeous outdoor ceremony set-up. We started the day split up, Tuan with the guys and myself with the ladies. We met up for the first look in front of Stone Hill Barn. AMAZING!!! Then finished with the remainder of formals. We prefer this method, as it is the less rushed option. The ceremony took place towards the back of the barn in a meadow. It was stunning to say the least. Then afterwards, we all looked at up, and the clouds were starting to turn grey. I immediately checked the forecast, and sure enough, a storm was headed our way… very fast. We had to change our sunset picture plan to, “let’s get these done right now out in the field”.  So glad we did! During the reception, it poured, and poured, and poured some more. Little did we know, this gorgeous, massive golden sunset would appear during the end of the storm. We ran out there with Chelsea and Colton while the rain turned into a very light sprinkle, and managed to capture some amazing images.  As our night was coming to an end, we packed up out gear and headed to our cars. Then Tuan turned to me and said… “check out that double rainbow!” Ahhh… I grabbed my camera out of the back of my car and had to take a picture! It really ended up being the perfect day for such an amazing couple. We were so grateful to have met Chelsea and Colton, and loved getting to be their wedding day photographers.
